Definitely not a place for smokers! Ladders are needed here to allow some shooting flexibility. From here you will have a good shot of aircraft touching down on Runway 14. Most aircraft taking off from Runway 32 will probably be already quite high up, with retracting gear, so that's the place to go if you want that kind of shot!
This place is good from midday onwards.
To get there, stop by bus near the ST factory, cross the road and keep walking in the same direction as the bus (away from the terminal) till you get to another roundabout. Take the first turn right on this roundabout and keep walking till you get to the gate.
It is also possible to take pictures of aircraft in the freight terminal, but the angle is far from right - you're basically shooting at aircraft's backsides!
