Possibly one of the most spotter-friendly locations anywhere, the Spotters' Platform has it all - good elevated location, good parking and a good view of almost the entire airfield.
To get there, from the terminal, go through the tunnel and turn left.
The platform is situated roughly midway down Runway 32/14, just facing the terminal.
Beware of bizjets or small props landing on Runway 14 and bound for Parks 2,3,4 and 8 - they will in all probability not get anywhere close to the platform - they will do a 180 and backtrack the runway. For all traffic bound for Park 9, you should be fine, unless there is a slight possibility that it lands 14, then proceeds to Park 9 via taxiway Foxtrot.
A good lens can sort you out for aircraft on taxiway Foxtrot, but watch out for heat haze in Summer as it is a sure photo killer!
